When I first met David Fiala my life had become overwhelming. I was depressed, physically exhausted, mentally confused, and emotionally shut down. I had no inner resources to cope with major life decisions, let alone what to buy at the grocery store for dinner. Within an hour of meeting David, he taught me simple skills which stopped the spiraling downward I was experiencing. Through his personal gentleness and patience I learned to become aware of my own negative thinking and self-judgment. I am learning to think less and feel more, which makes life much more enjoyable. As I take responsibility for the unhealthy patterns which kept showing up in my life, my entire world has shifted. I embrace my future with more hope and optimism then I could have ever hoped for as I continue to practice using these skills daily. When I forget to practice, my life lets me know.

David is a blessing to us all as a fellow human being. As a spirit he shines brightly. And his love gives HOPE to a healthier way of being.

    David has taught me many and varied skills that have helped me with life’s daily challenges. He masterfully guided me in unraveling and reconstructing the fabric of my life. During the process I realized that there was much more work to be done. David drew upon his “bag of tricks” to assist me in healing and reweaving the tapestry of my life. I developed an awareness of ME that I had never recognized. There were feelings and sensations that I had glided over or buried and not perceived.     It is a true blessing that David Fiala came into my life. I was frustrated and worried. I had a hernia and did not want the procedure done. By the way, he helped me heal hernia in those two visits. I never had surgery. I went back to the surgeon who diagnosed me. The hernia was gone.

He has helped me so much with my healing. I did not understand how my emotions, thoughts, and words could be the factor in my ill health. I had no idea how mental and emotional feelings go hand in hand with physical illness.

It is a golden experience to heal my life under the direction of David Fiala. The journey to a better life has begun. I am so lucky to have him in my life.
